Stella dressed up for our Wacky Wednesday. We did somethings back to front and for cooking we made cupcakes with green icing and carrot sticks.

Playcentre

This term we went to playcentre for a visit. We had lots of fun there.

Room one has been learning about worm compost. We went to see the school worm farm and saw how it worked.

Room one

This is Room 1, 2012. Mrs Bartlett is still the teacher and Mrs Tischik is the teacher aide.

Kiwiana Cushion

Mrs Greenwood came to our class to make a kiwiana cushion. We had to sew around pictures by ourselves then Mrs Greenwood stuck them onto the cushion. The cushion is in our classroom.

Cross Country

Room 1 had to run round the field, we were puffed. Caiden came 1st, Tom came 2nd and Ryan came 3rd. There were lots of people cheering for us we were so tired when we got over the finish line we went for a rest. Cross country was really fun.

Potatoes

Before the holidays we planted some potatoes in a bucket. They grew and flowered and then we dug them up. We boiled them and mixed in some butter and they were yum!
